One of the major themes during my recent leadership development training was “leading with heart” as opposed to intellect. I found the poem below in my journaling notes.
Heart Speak
Our hearts, when allowed to speak, speak the same language.
There is no distance, no separation, no disconnect when the heart leads.
From the center, reaching out in all directions,
this heart energy expands, enfolds, enlivens, embraces.
Heart first.
Heart centered.
Hearts connected.
Heart wisdom.
Heart felt love in every moment.
