Begin Again

It is December 1st. A new month. A new day. A new array of opportunities in front of me. A new breath unlike any other ever received into my body.

And the words from Leadership echo in my mind. I hear “Begin again.”

And in this space of freshness, colored lights, and morning calm, these words come as if from the Universe itself. I hear:

Butterflies

When the butterflies in your gut are flying around madly and you're tempted to turn and walk away from the choice, opportunity, or challenge that awaits you, try on this perspective:

If I weren't experiencing these butterflies,
I wouldn’t be stretching.

Man’s main task in life is to give birth to himself, to become what he potentially is. (thank you, Wikipedia!)

Are you at that point where life is “working” – you have a job, a home, the family is grown – life is “good”? If so, what a blessing!

And, are you ready for what's next? What does “retirement” mean to you? What is it that you are now marvelously prepared to become, to give birth to in the world?
